Training methodology
总共21天，共6个区块，每个区块有3½天。
培训的整个过程大约需要9到12个月，在此期间您将得到陪伴和引导，这样您就可以练习并实现所学于日常生活里。
In total, there are 21 days in 6 blocks with 3½ days in each block. The whole process of training takes about 9 to 12 months
During this time you will be accompanied and guided so that you can practice and realize what you have learned in your daily life.
第一区块：
拿回自己的力量，第一部分
Block 1:
Empowerment 01
三天半, 通过冥想，练习，点化和仪式，我们会通过忆起心中的

3.5 days Through meditations, exercises, initiation and rituals, we will be enlightened by remembering the love in our hearts, heaven and connection to the Divine Mother. We will then release and transform our old patterns and get rid of old beliefs and structures in our daily lives. The training will then guide you to access your hidden wisdom and activate it so that you will begin to realize your soul energy and true wisdom and establish oneness with your own soul. We will initiate the manifested energy in your body system and allow this energy to flow within you, around you and in your environment. By the end of the first block, we will be learning to perceive and realize the messages of your Soul Light, the messages of your Soul Family members and stabilizing your body and energy system through love.

3.5 days, Do you feel isolated and alone?
This block will train you open your consciousness towards the relationships with your spiritual guides, spiritual helpers and spiritual family that you have have built. This process will help you to access your own energy, strength, wisdom and support.
Your relevant wisdom and power will be activated in this block.
You will feel the help and support around you and you will no longer be alone!
第三区块：
黄金世纪之光
Block 3:
Light of the Golden Age
三天半, 感知和理解黄金世纪之光。
黄金世纪之光带领个人，社会等的转变和重大变化。

3.5 days, Perceiving and understanding the Light of the Golden Age.
The Light of the Golden Age leads to transformations and major changes in individuals, societies and so on.
Most of us are struggling, insecure and frustrated because the usual patterns and rules no longer apply as there should. This is because we used to focus only on the problems that happen every day. However, you will be given the opportunity to learn about the role and importance of the Golden Age of Light in this training.
We will dive into the Light of the Golden Age to understand the full picture of change in the whole environment, so that we understand feel safe for this shift, to prepare and familiarize yourself with all of the ongoing processes of transformation, and to align with the goals of the Golden Age. This block, in short, prepares you to move into unprecedented, new layers of consciousness and new potential.
By the end of this block, you will no longer be preoccupied with the problems that arise on a day-to-day basis, but instead you will be ready to blossom through the light of the Golden Age!

Here you will learn to use the Light of the Golden Age to manage your life, break through old limitations, release issues and accelerate the creation of your life path. Throughout the process you are open and empowered to step into an amazing new world of wisdom and knowledge.
第五区块：
水晶世界（层级）
Block 5:
Crystal Worlds (levels)
三天半, 第五区块专注在潜入水晶光。
众所周知，水晶拥有储存在地球的神圣智慧。
水晶中的光和知识为在地球上每个人的生命进展提供了指引。
透过潜入水晶光，您将有能力展现拥有各种你所渴望的无限可能与潜能，
您在地球的神性存在。

3.5 days Focus on diving into the crystal light.
Crystals are known to hold the divine wisdom stored on Earth.
The light and knowledge in the crystals provide guidance for the progression of each person's life on Earth. By diving into the crystal light, you will be empowered to manifest your Divine Presence on Earth with all the infinite possibilities and potential you desire.
This study makes a huge impact on your life on Earth.

Block 6:
The Divine
Ultimate Program

3.5 days Previously, we focused only on our own soul plan, so we experienced and grew some of Earth's life qualities in different reincarnations.
However, in the Golden Age, we are involved in different new experiences and challenges, so we are urged to unveil our Divine Ultimate Plan.
This involves manifesting our Heavenly (Source) qualities on Earth, nurturing our Sacred Core Seeds, practicing Heavenly (Source) Wisdom and Knowledge for reliazing our Soul Authenticity, and more.
Therefore, in this block, you will learn to perceive and create the true life ambition you desire according to the Golden Age Sacred Ultimate Plan. This is the best preparation for your future and you will bring the gifts of the future to this time and then begin your life in a new (Golden Age) way!
